Our Process

After Sydney reviews the client’s intake information, she will reach out to schedule an onboarding call. This call will cover overall vision for the project, a link to a design questionnaire, a client contract, and instructions for submitting measurements / plans, and photos.
The project officially begins once the contract is signed and all required materials are received.

The client will share their project goals, preferences, inspiration images, and any known appliances or existing conditions to remain. Sydney then creates an initial design concept and will email concepts to review prior to Design Delivery.

Sydney will edit any revisions made and the client will receive their completed design deliverables based on the service selected. 3D services include a virtual design presentation.

All services include one round of revisions after Design Delivery. Any additional revisions will be moved over to an hourly bill rate. Once the client approves final design, they will receive downloadable documents with final selections ready to hand over to their contractor.
